FACE is a local charity based at the Edinburgh cancer Centre of the Western General Hospital.
A voluntary Charity set up to provide the "little things" that make a difference to patients and families who have been affected by cancer and is managed entirely by volunteers.
Now in our 21st year and through our fundraising activities and donations we have been able to support many projects which have been importantly identified by patients and nursing staff off the hospital.
They include Aromatherapy sessions for patients within the Edinburg Royal Infirmary, the Royal Hospital for Sick Children and the Western General Hospital.
Our annual event is a special day trip to Lapland for children who have undergone intense medical treatment on the Oncology wards of the Hospital. This magical experience is an opportunity to visit Santa Claus in his Arctic home at Christmas.
